Volunteers having fun with One in Four
Our vision is to make changes in Irish society so that no child is ever abused again. We welcome everyone to be a part in making that happen.
Volunteering
When it comes to volunteering we want to ensure that for as much as you give you get something in return. People volunteer for all sorts of reasons: to gain experience, to meet people, to get out and about, to develop new skills or simply to get behind our work because they believe in it.
Sometimes people are able to make on-going commitments, such as members of our board of directors. At other times people are limited in time and help on a one off basis e.g. bag packs and bucket collections.
Big or small all help makes a difference. If you’d like to help transform lives today and to protect children, we’d love to hear from you.

Fundraising
There are lots of ways you can help One in Four raise funds. Putting on a t-shirt and getting out a bucket is one way, others are with giving a helping hand behind the scenes at events or smoothing out the admin task that go with it…and lots more besides. Let us know how you’d like to get involved.
One for All Groups
A new initiative, these are groups of two to three people who support and promote One in Four locally. These groups run yearly fundraising events for One in Four. From the simple (e.g. bag packs) to the sublime (e.g. happy hours) to the ridiculous (e.g. naked calendars)...the idea, the organisation and the kudos, is all done locally. Let us know if you’d like to help in this way.
Corporate Team Days
Generate some team bonding or be a social entrepreneur for a day. Use your skills to train us in IT packages, develop an educational pack, hold a team & family get together, or do something wacky together to raise funds. Tempted? Get in touch and we can help you make it happen.
