Doing exercise consistently for 30 Days will show results.

How it works:

1. Decide on the challenge you want to do for 30 days; you could decided to walk 2km a day, or run a mile, or even go for a morning swim's all up to you. 

2. Set up a fundraising page, either on our Website or on Facebook.

3. Share your page with all your friends and family to see if they will support you. 

4. And lastly, enjoy your self made challenge.
