Read Tara’s bio below:

The Quest Yoga was born out of my own Quest. My healing journey from Trauma. Through my own healing journey, I learnt some powerful lessons. One, was the power of Silence and the other, the power of Movement. My intention for my classes is that they help you discover that for yourself.

I completed my embodied Yoga & Meditation Training/Yoga Nidra Teacher with Aruna Yoga Academy and my Trauma informed training with Awakened Spirit Yoga.

My classes are not about how the movement or poses look. Instead, they are about how they feel.

Some of my current students have described their feelings after my classes as - “Connected” “Recharged” “Calm” “Peaceful & Joyful”.

I can’t wait to see you in Class.
