One in Four is hoping to begin a therapy group for survivors of Child Sexual Abuse.

The group takes place weekly, on Tuesdays, from 6-8 pm in our building on Arran Quay and will run for 20 weeks.

This group would suit those who have completed a significant amount of one-to-one therapy, with a focus on their past trauma. 

Differing from group therapy, our programme does not go back into details of the trauma but looks at the effects that it has on your life today in terms of relationships, family, disclosure, and how you are in the world in general. 

We look at current needs and supports needed to move forward.

The group is dependent on numbers (with a maximum number of 10 participants).
