Felicity Kennedy is an Independent Clinical Supervisor working with agencies to provide support for
their front-line practitioners, she also provides supervision for groups and individuals from a wide
range of clinical disciplines. Felicity’s particular interest is in understanding and responding to
Complex Trauma; she has worked closely with TCD and UCC supervising Doctorate and Masters
dissertations on research related to this subject. She is a part-time tutor with DCU’s MSc in
Psychotherapy, and Professional Diploma in Clinical Supervision and is a guest lecturer and supervisor for TCD’s MSc in Clinical Supervision.

Felicity holds an MSc in Clinical Supervision with distinction from TCD where she had studied for her
MA and BA (Mod) Psychology. She is a member of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) and the
PSI’s Division of Counselling Psychology, as well as the Irish Association for Counselling and
Psychotherapy (IACP), the Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy (IAHIP), the
Irish Council for Psychotherapy (ICP) and the Supervisors Association of Ireland (SAI). During
previous years Felicity was CEO of The Women’s Therapy Centre, Manager of Services at Women’s
Aid, Director of Bray Women’s Refuge and Tutor with NUI and the Open University.
